12-Week Yoga Challenge
Be yourself. Be the best of yourself.

Dates: Dates: Sunday, February 5th - Saturday, May 2nd (4 more days added because we will be closed for Easter long weekend).
Location: Bamboo Yoga Wellness Centre | 202 - 627 Columbia St., New Westminster, BC.
Cost: FREE with any type of membership (including voucher holders) or
$79 (if paid monthly) or $207 (if paid for 3 months)+ HST for non members

How it works
Register online or at the front desk. Joining the Challenge is FREE but we like to know who's on the team!

 

Attend classes 4 times a week for 12 weeks.

All students who complete the 12-Week Challenge will be entered in a draw.

Prizes: 1 year unlimited of yoga

Perks: All participants have 40% discount for one year membership (can be purchased any time before or during the 12-Week Challenge).

Important Dates
The 12-Week Challenge will have 3 important dates:
1. Saturday, February 4th at 4:00pm Join us for a party to get to know your fellow participants so that you can encourage each other along the way. You'll be seeing each other a lot! If you want to share then write down and bring your ideas
WHY AND WHAT TO ACHIEVE AFTER THE CHALLENGE.
2. Midway Class, Mar 17 at 4:00pm. This is an important gathering to keep your motivation high! Come and support each other.
3. Saturday, May 5th at 4:00pm, Final Party. Celebrate your success and discover how many new friends you've made along the way.

How to keep your resolution
Public announcement: tell your friends and colleagues that you are attending a 90-days Challenge.

Everything is simple: you do it only today, every day one step at a time.

Plan your challenge, decide what days you are on the mat and stick to it no matter what is coming on your way.

Decide WHY you want to do it. Your WHY will help you to keep your commitment.
Do you want to have better health, better shape, more energy, and calm centered mind? Do you need more energy for your kids or to have fun in the evening with your friends? Do you want to be calmer, be a better parent or partner? Do you want to have clear mind to make successful decisions? Write down your WHY and WHAT TO ACHIEVE at the end of Challenge and post it to the wall or have it on your computer.

Do What Others Won't, So Later You Can Do What Others Can't
Learn on your mat how to deal with your frustrations when something is not happening, how to stay focused when your thoughts are overwhelming, how to breathe when your chest is tight with thoughts or emotions, how to love your body and yourself. Once you learn it on your mat you will be able to take it off your mat.

Transform your life and transform your body! Make a commitment to make yourself the best you can be. When you make the decision to get what you want out of life instead of letting life have its way with you, your life will never be the same.
