I'm
a Level III Usui Reiki practitioner, registered with the Canadian
Reiki Association. I was drawn to Reiki after an unofficial hands-on
healing session for my partner, who was experiencing very sudden and
frightening heart arrhythmia. Soon after placing my hands on his heart,
it started beating normally again, and he was back to his usual self.
I was amazed at the power of combining loving thoughts, the intention
of helping another and taking simple action with the hands. Upon beginning
my Reiki training afterwards, I also began a wonderful healing journey
that I greatly needed in order to reach my full potential.
Reiki
is a form of hands-on energy healing, which originated in Japan. Considering
the person as a whole, energy flows to wherever it is needed, on the
emotional, mental, spiritual or physical levels, stimulating balance.
Balance leads to health. If you are ready for change in your life,
have health concerns, or just want to take some time to relax, Reiki
can help. With Reiki, you always get exactly what you need. I provide
a peaceful and non-judgmental space for this to happen.
